My intention is to reunite Stella\'s shoes with their original owners by resurrecting them and the children they may have been separated from. I believe that childhood should be a time of joy, laughter, peace and security. Burn\'t out landscapes, bomb shelters, and poverty stricken environments where there is no money, a lack of food, clothes, toys, books and shoes, are not environments where children flourish. These may seem like very basic idyllic concepts, but sometimes the simplest ideas are the most effective.
Children are the future of this planet. If we can teach them to face the dragon head on, maybe they can befriend him and eventually peace will be accepted worldwide and there will be no more abandoned, ownerless shoes. I also wish to pay homage to the children who\'s shoes are all that is left of their time on this earth due to the folly of mankind.
