SHOWS for SHOES 

Four galleries are now confirmed for showing the work.

October 5th - 20th, 2007, Intersection Art Gallery,   Please see News for details.

Febuary 15th - 27th, 2008, The Community Art Gallery of Greater Victoria. Victoria, British Columbia. Please see News for  details.

There will be another show in Qualicum Beach in the Fall. Details will be on this page shortly.

October 30th - November 23rd 2008, Blackberry Gallery, Port Moody Art Centre, Port Moody, British Columbia.

The shoes will be sold by donation.

Shoes from Manitoba will be shown at the Mennonite Heritage Centre Gallery. Those from Vancouver Island will be divided into two shows - Victoria and surrounding area will be shown in Victoria and those from north of Victoria will be shown in Nanaimo.
The shoes from the mainland of British Columbia will be shown at the Blackberry Gallery, Port Moody. Shoes from outside of Canada and from provinces not covered with a show, will be divided between all the galleries.

There are too many shoes to have all of them displayed at one time. As each shoe is taken the person looking after the gallery will replace it with another, this will continue as long as the show is on or until all the shoes assigned to that show are gone.  All the shoes will be tagged with the artist's name, province or country of origin, and title if there is one.
