Love and Serenity.
I believe that war- affected children need to know they are loved and valued, so that they can extend that love to others around them and reduce the circle of violence and distrust created by war.
When a child is loved it provides that sense of security and an enviroment where even small \\\\\\\"comfort\\\\\\\" items of personal value have meaning and value.
I have created a \\\\\\\"Linus\\\\\\\" blanket and pillow to create the sense of comfort, and a collection of personal items in a small treasure bag for this shoe (child) to depict a sense of value and security that only a child can feel.
